Founded by Zach DeCarlo, Manifesting Mindset Inc. is the result of two decades of relentless real-world experience — building physical stores, launching cannabis clinics, running distribution centers, vending festivals, and creating sustainable systems to help others thrive.
Zach has personally opened over a dozen retail stores, built multiple distribution networks, vended festivals across the Midwest, and founded wellness brands that served thousands — long before wellness was trending. Every store he opened succeeded. Every community he entered grew stronger. Every time he fell, he rebuilt better.
A licensed medicinal cultivator, herbal educator, and retail expert with deep roots in Missouri, Zach has spent his life learning and teaching input/output systems, sustainable health practices, and high-integrity commerce. He’s not just a consultant — he’s a builder, a doer, and a relentless visionary committed to making life make sense.

I’m Zach DeCarlo — born in St. Louis, raised in the woods of Sullivan, Missouri — and I’ve spent the last 20+ years building businesses, movements, and systems that empower people to take control of their health, finances, and freedom.
From herbal medicine and alkaline food systems to immersive festival production and strain-based retail culture — I’ve helped tens of thousands of people access healing, opportunity, and clarity. I co-ran Missouri’s top wellness clinics for cannabis access, built four shops at once at our peak, and launched citywide brand presences with zero capital. Just passion and strategy.
I believe the human experience should feel good. That what we eat, say, sell, and share shapes our reality. And that every business we build is a ripple of influence in the world — so we’d better make it intentional.
